Go Gov! Updates


New Features

  • We recently completed phase 2 updates to our Online Registration System which works in conjunction with the calendar module.  The updates include:
    • Modification of confirmation/cancellation e-mail message and/or subject line
    • Improved confirmation code functionality (Thus, eliminating the need to copy/paste the confirmation code.  Note:  This update only applies to viewers who have HTML enabled in their e-mail account settings.)
    • Manual registrant data entry capabilities for CMS users
    • Improved display of the "Register Now" icon
    • Index of cancelled registrants
    • More security updates to the payment confirmation page for registrants making transactions
  • Thanks to your requests, Go Gov! users are now have a new option in the "Contact Info/Form" area of the site.  We've provided you with the versatility of determining whether or not an e-mail address is a required field that public viewers can provide when submitting inquiries via the Contact Form module.
  • We've incorporated an "Account Profile" area in all Go Gov! accounts.  The link to view your account profile is currently listed as the last option below the "Administration" tab in the left navigational area of your account.  Users with permissions to this feature can now view the account details; such as:
    • Account Name & Site Address
    • Color Scheme Used
    • Date Site was Published
    • Number of Pages, Directories, & Images the Account Has
    • How Many Users Have Access to the Account
    • Amount of Multimedia Storage Used/Available
    • Modules Currently Used/Available in the Account
    • Web-Stats Account Link  (if applicable)
  • Both the question and answer fields of the "FAQs module" have an extended maximum character limit.  Previously, users could enter up to 500 characters.  Now, users can enter up to 5,000 characters in each field.
  • Edit Live! (Text Editor) has been updated to the latest version of Ephox.  Some of the updated improvements to the Text Editor are:
    • More Robust Table Properties
    • Including Center Table Alignment (yea!)
    • Cutting of Entire Row/Column/Cell Rather Than Just the Content

Bug Fixes

  • Displaying secure URL for transaction confirmations through the Registration payment utility
  • Left navigation links automatically changing
  • Right Content "Related Topics" links not opening in a new window
  • Font Sizes not Displaying Properly
