Go Gov! Updates...
- Site Index now has the functionality to "pin" up to 5 entries to appear in the "frequent visits" list on your homepage. If 5 are not chosen, the remainder displayed with be entries with the greatest amount of visits. This update was made in the "manage site index" area by placing a pushpin to the left of each show/hide green/red button located beside each item. Note: This update only applies to administrative users who utilize the "Show Site Index on Homepage" option located in the Site Options area.
- Search Results are now easier to interpret and are displayed in a much more user friendly way. Web pages are listed separately from document search results.
- Notifications that were sent, previously stated that they were being sent to "nobody@www.ok.gov" E-mail address. Now they state that they are sent to "notification-subscribers@www.ok.gov" E-mail address. (Go ahead, look and see what address this notification is sent to.)
- The Text Editor (Design area) has just been updated to the latest version. Some of these updates that are relevant for HTML view include:
- Find and replace now working in code view
- Right click menu now working in code view
- Publish Requests sent by non-publishing users now show the E-mail address of the cms user who attempted to publish. Previously, it simply stated a "cms user" attempted to publish.
- Have you noticed the new Universal Timer that appears in every area of your CMS account? Now you don't have to worry about how long you've been building that form or updating the calendar. The 25 minute timer will keep you on track...You know what they say, "Time flies when you're having fun!"
