WELCOME * IMPORANT NOTICE * On July 1, 2012 House Bill 1086, the Transparency, Accountability, and Innovation in Oklahoma State Government 2.0 Act went into effect. This law affected the Firefighter Pension System by requiring that "Payments disbursed from the State Treasury shall be conveyed solely through an electronic payment mechanism." If you have already enrolled for direct deposit, please disregard this message, otherwise, please complete and return the Direct Deposit Form, Form 5, to convert direct deposit. Failure to do so will result in receiving a state issued debit card instead of your monthly pension check when our exemption expires after June 30, 2013. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Form 13 for Employee Entrance has been updated. Please note new procedures requiring a $60 check to accompany this form for all new volunteer members.
