Beginning January 2015 County, Municipal and Independent School District or Career Technology District committees receiving in excess of $1,000 or with expenditures in excess of $1,000 will file paper reports with the County Election Board, Municipal Clerk or School Clerk respectively.

FORM C-1. Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Report (Each candidate or candidate committee for county [except Cleveland, Oklahoma and Tulsa], municipal [except Oklahoma City and Tulsa] or school board office who/which accepts contributions or makes expenditures exceeding $500 in the aggregate during a campaign, and each committee supporting or opposing county, municipal or school board candidates or county or municipal issues which accepts contributions or makes expenditures exceeding $500 in the aggregate in a calendar year, must file campaign contributions and expenditures reports following registration until a FINAL report is filed. A statement of inactivity may be filed in lieu of the form C-1 for periods during which the candidate or committee has no activity -- contributions or expenditures).
