Chair, Commissioner Charlie Laster Email: Charlie Laster Phone: 405-521-3451 (Democrat, 5th Congressional District) Governor Mary Fallin has appointed former Senator and Senate Leader Charles M. Laster to the Oklahoma Ethics Commission for a 5-year term, beginning July 10, 2017. Commissioner Laster served in the Oklahoma State Senate from 2003 through 2012 where he held leadership positions as Co-Floor Leader from 2006 to 2008 and Democratic Leader from 2008 to 2010. An active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Commissioner Laster practices law in Shawnee, Oklahoma and has served as a member of the Professional Responsibility Tribunal. He resides in Shawnee with his wife Kathleen. Kara, his daughter, is in law school at the University of Oklahoma and his son, Luke is attending Oklahoma State University. His term expires July 2022. |

Vice Chair, Commissioner Holly Johnson Email: Holly Johnson Phone: 405-521-3451 (Republican, 4th Congressional District) was appointed in July 2016 by Chief Justice John Reif of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Ms. Johnson is Secretary of the Department of Treasury for the Chickasaw Nation in Ada, OK. She served as an elected official in the Chickasaw Nation’s legislature where she served as chair of the legislature and chair of the finance committee. She also served as Controller for Chickasaw Enterprises. Ms. Johnson currently sits on the board of directors for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka, the Chickasaw Community Development Endeavor, the Chickasaw Foundation and the Ada Chamber of Commerce. She recently completed three years of service on the Internal Revenue Service’s Advisory Committee for Tax Exempt and Government Entities representing Indian Tribal Governments. Ms. Johnson, a CPA, attended Oklahoma State University majoring in Accounting and is an active member in the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Her term expires July 2021. |

Commissioner Jarred Brejcha Email: Jarred Brejcha Phone: 405-521-3451 (Independent, 1st Congressional District) Jarred was appointed to the Oklahoma Ethics Commission by Oklahoma House Speaker Charles McCall in July 2019. Commissioner Brejcha worked for the Oklahoma State Senate under the direction of former Senate Pro-Tem Brian Bingman. He later joined the City of Tulsa as chief of staff to former Mayor Dewey Bartlett, overseeing the management of city administration and the mayoral office and also serving as proxy to the Indian Nations Council of Governments. After working in government, he is now a private sector director of sales at RL Hudson & Company, Jarred leads a team of sales managers with the goal of expanding domestic and international sales. Jarred has an MBA from Oklahoma State University and earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Tulsa. Jarred and his wife, Jennifer, have been married since 2007 and they are the parents of Jenna and Beau. His term expires in July 2024. |

Commissioner Gregg Engle Email: Gregg Engle Phone: 405-521-3451 (Republican, 2nd Congressional District) was appointed July 2019 by President Pro-Tempore Greg Treat. A lifelong resident of Oklahoma, Gregg Engle has worked on the management team of a three generation small business since 1999 and prior to his venture into the private sector he served as a Southern Baptist pastor. He graduated with a degree in Family Psychology from Oklahoma Baptist University, where he met his wife Krystal. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of Imagine Durant, serves on the advisory board for First United Bank and is the owner of Bryan County Classics. He attends Victory Life Church, enjoys motorcycle trips with his wife, and loves being Poppa to his four grandkids. His term expires in July 2024. |

Her term expires July 2022. |
