State Questions

The text of all state questions that will appear on the ballot in 2012 will be available here after the Legislature adjourns sine die.

State questions may be referred to voters either by the Legislature or by an initiative or referendum petition.  For information about the petition process and signature requirements as well as a searchable index of historical state questions, see the Oklahoma Secretary of State.
