Employee Services is comprised of three areas: Employee Development, Employee Rights and Relations, and Human Resources.
The Employee Development unit provides employees with training and professional development opportunities to enable them to function in a safe, effective and professional manner.
The Employee Rights and Relations Unit provides a staff service to handle all formal and informal issues. Employee Rights and Relations unit investigates formal discrimination grievances which come under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, sexual harassment, Americans with Disabilities Act complaints, cultural diversity and other related issues.
Human Resources provides a diverse range of services to agency employees and applicants designed to facilitate recruitment, hiring and selection, payroll, compensation, time and leave management, benefits, retirement, worker’s compensation administration, and employee assistance/wellness programs.
