You may e-mail claim status requests to victimsservices@dac.state.ok.us.  Request should include the victim's name, date of birth, claim number (if known).  Faxed requests may also be sent to 405-264-5097.  Please include all pertinent information regarding the victim, along with the fax number and to whom the response should be sent.

This page is intended to allow victims, claimants, service providers, and victim witness personnel to:

  • Check the status of claims filed with the Oklahoma Crime Victims Compensation program. The status of a claim will be one of the following: Pending in the DA's Office (in the county where the crime occurred), Awaiting Decision, Awarded, Declined, or Continued. Included in the online report are pending claims, claims awaiting decision, and claims that have been decided within the last three years.

  • Check the status of payments issued to service providers by the Compensation Program in the last twelve months. The report lists account numbers and service dates, check numbers and check dates, and approximate mail out dates. For purposes of confidentiality, checks issued to victims or other private citizens are not included in the online report. Individuals expecting these types of payments may call 800/745-6098 to check the status of their payment(s).

All decisions made by the Crime Victims Compensation Board are subject to the Open Records Act, Title 51, OS 24A.1-24A.24. In order to protect the privacy of the victim, information available on these reports is limited, and no victim names are included.

Open the Claim Status Report by clicking on the link below. The report will open in a new window.

To search for a particular claim, you will need one of the following: the Compensation Claim Number, the patient's birthday, or the last four digits of the social security number. Click the link below to open the report.  In the "find" section, enter the identifying search information.  Some victims do not provide their social security number and date of birth at the time of application; to obtain the claim number, please call Victim Services at 800/745-6098.

Open the Payment Status Report by clicking on the link below. The report will open in a new window.
 

You may search for a payment using the Compensation Claim Number, the provider's account number, or the provider's Vendor ID number as listed with the Oklahoma Office of State Finance.  Click the link below to open the report.  In the "find" section, enter the identifying search information. Checks are grouped by the provider's Vendor ID number.
