Welcome to the Finance Division. Our division has the following responsibilities:

• Payroll for all personnel of the District Attorneys' system
• Employee benefits
• Travel reimbursements
• Establish and monitor annual Budget Work Program through the Office of State Finance
• Coordinate purchasing needs of the District Attorneys Council (DAC)
• Reconcile accounts with the State Treasurer's Office and State Finance
• Provide monthly ledgers to 27 districts, accounting for funds held at DAC
• Monitor Child Support contracts for compliance; request funds; prepare reconciliations
• Prepare and submit an annual Budget Request to the Office of State Finance
• Prepare and submit a bi-annual Strategic Plan to the Office of State Finance
