GRANT TITLE: ANTI-GANG INITATIVE GRANT (AGI) OVERVIEW: The Anti-Gang Initiative is an umbrella program under the Project Safe Neighborhoods Grant. The purpose of the Anti-Gang Initiative is to reduce gang crime by bringing together resources from the local, state, and federal levels. The Federal Grants Division serves as the fiscal agent for the U.S. Attorneys' Offices in the Western, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma. ELIGIBILITY: Applications must be in compliance with the Project Safe Neighborhoods Strategic Plan of U.S. Attorney's Office of the Northern, Eastern, or the Western Districts. DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION: The deadline for the 2007 Anti-Gang application has passed. Depending on federal funding, it is anticipated that grant funds will be available in 2008. TO REQUEST AN APPLICATION: The application period for the 2007 Anti-Gang Program is closed.
