Personnel within the Executive Division and some of the services they provide include the following:

Trent H. Baggett, Assistant Executive Coordinator - Trent coordinates the training conferences offered by the DAC, assists in the oversight of the DAC divisions, aids in the presentation of district attorney issues to the legislature and assists with legal research services.

Lee McIntire Cohlmia, General Counsel - Lee acts as the liaison between the district attorney child support enforcement offices and the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, supervises the legal research division of the DAC and is the Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutor, providing legal research and information regarding traffic safety issues.

Marcia Gingrich, Events and Publications Assistant - Marcia assists in the selection of and contract negotiations for conference sites, oversees onsite training conference services, and tracks continuing education credits for the attorneys and investigators within the district attorney system.

Sue Shepherd, Administrative Assistant to Suzanne McClain Atwood - Sue serves as Administrative Assistant to the Executive Coordinator and serves as secretary to the five member District Attorneys Council.

Tonia Byers, Receptionist/Victim Services Clerk – Tonia is the Receptionist for the DAC.  She provides secretarial services to the Executive Division and she performs data entry for recently received victim compensation requests.

Jennifer Shaw, Student Law Clerk – Jennifer provides legal research services for the district attorney's offices. She also gathers case law information and helps prepare The Update, a compilation of recent case law.
