The Oklahoma District Attorneys Association is a private organization that exists to foster and maintain the honor and integrity of the prosecuting attorneys of the State of Oklahoma, and to improve and to facilitate the administration of justice in the State of Oklahoma, and to promote charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes. ODAA members pay annual dues that are used to foster these stated purposes at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
