The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) and the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) have negotiated revised Content Licensing Agreement (CLA) with Google that will allow State of Oklahoma agencies to use the YouTube social media technology. The revised CLA is available by submitting a request to Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) through an online form. Details about the process are provided below. The modifications apply to state government agencies already using YouTube, provided they go through the process of accepting the new CLA. The state has accepted the the revised CLA. Links on OK.govIn order for an agency to have its social networking or social media site linked on the State web portal, OK.gov, an agency must to sign and return a copy of the Social Networking/Social Media Agreement. The agreement must be signed by the agency director or deputy director and returned to the State Chief Information Officer.
