Service DescriptionEmployee Self Service (ESS) is an integrated eProfile system providing a system for employees to enter/update profile data such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and emergency contacts while ensuring that the data complies with specified security requirements. ESS provides a mechanism for agencies to start 'Going Green' by giving employee access to view and/or print their personal Leave Accrual Reports and Earnings Statements. ESS gives employee view access to their current Direct Deposit setup, Compensation History and Voluntary Deductions information. ESS is part of the ERP Solutions database integrating with Human Resources, Payroll, Base Benefits and Time and Labor. Customer Benefits
Customer MarketThis service is available for all Oklahoma state agencies, offices, officers, bureaus, boards, commissions, counsels, units, divisions, bodies, authorities, or institutions of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of state government.
