eSupplier Connection

Service Description

eSupplier Connection provides to state suppliers a self-service application in a single Internet-based portal that allows them to view real time state procurement information. Suppliers can view "Procure to Pay" transactions generated by the state including purchase orders, solicitation opportunities (RFP/RFQ), receipts and payment vouchers. eSupplier Connection provides suppliers the ability to maintain their internal contact information including contact names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers. Suppliers can also customize their 'dashboard' to quickly view dispatched purchase orders and open solicitation opportunities.

  • Gives agency suppliers the ability to view and maintain their own procurement information without agency involvement
  • Provides suppliers with purchase order history including change orders, payments and comments
  • Allows suppliers to maintain their own contact information taking that responsibility off of agency resources
  • Assists suppliers in making accurate, informed decisions by provides real time procurement information
  • Allows suppliers to respond to bid opportunities (RFP/RFQ) for which they have been invited to participate
  • Dispatched purchase orders can be printed by supplier users
  • Allows supplier to view when shipped goods have been received by the State
  • Supplier users can maintain their own password changes

Customer Market

This service is available for all Oklahoma state agencies, offices, officers, bureaus, boards, commissions, counsels, units, divisions, bodies, authorities, or institutions of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of state government. It is also available to counties, municipalities, townships, Tribal governments, and other political subdivisions.    

Customer Responsibilities

  • Evaluate readiness of supplier community to embrace a self-service portal
  • Provide supplier users a login user ID/password to for self-service participation

There is no additional charge for the use of this module.

Service Hours
24 x 7, excluding planned outages, maintenance windows and unavoidable events

Maintenance Window
Maintenance windows are used only when needed for planned changes that have gone through the ITS Change Management Process. In addition to the Standard ITS Maintenance Windows, site-specific and service-specific changes may be coordinated with customers at non-standard times.

The current planned maintenance window is from 4 a.m.-noon Sunday.
