Education includes Oklahoma State University, Purdue University in Project Management, National Electrical Code Updates, Local Area Networks & Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic Cabling & Terminations.  President/Owner of Delta Electrical Contractors, Inc. in Oklahoma City since 1982.

Michael Liston,  Vice-Chair (representing the Mechanical Journeymen)

Education includes Purdue University, Michigan State University, Plumbers & Pipefitters Joint Apprenticeship Program, Northeastern A & M College.  Currently serves as Training Director, Plumbers & Pipefitters Joint Apprentice & Training Program and Instructor, United Association of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 344, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  

Larry Butler (representing the Plumbing Contractors)

Education includes Capitol Hill High School. Mr. Butler completed testing for his Journeyman and Contractor license in 1978. Mr. Butler is owner of Butler Plumbing Company since 1978. He has the Medical Gas Certification, and numerous manufacturing certifications for different types of piping systems. Mr. Butler served on the Plumbing Examiners/and Hearing Board Committee since 1994 and recently joined the Construction Industries Board.

Keith Miller (representing the Building Inspectors)

Education includes Carl Albert State College, Oklahoma Fire Service Training, OSU, Fire Service Training Instructor, Building Development Director, City of Sallisaw, holds licenses in Plumbing, Mechanical trades and inspection trade. Mr. Miller served the Oklahoma National Guard as Communications Specialist, Nuclear biological & chemical decontamination specialist.

Tommy O’Donnell (representing the Plumbing Journeymen)

Employed by the Plumbers and Pipe fitters Local Union 344 as the Business Agent.  Education includes Plumbers and Pipe fitter’s Apprenticeship program and Bacone Junior College, Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Mr. O’Donnell is a Trustee of Plumbers and Pipe fitters Local 344 Heath, and a Trustee of Plumbers and Pipe fitters Local 344 Annuity fund.  He is a Member of Western Oklahoma Building Trades.  He holds Licenses as Plumbing journeyman and medical gas system installation, and brazing.   

Robert Soder (representing the Mechanical Contractor)

Education includes East Central State College, Oklahoma City University & Plumbers & Pipefitters Joint Apprenticeship Training.  Chairman / Owner of Soder Mechanical Inc. of Tulsa since 1978. Life Member of ASHRAE, Director& Past President of the Mechanical Contractors of Eastern Oklahoma.

Anthony Boevers (representing the Electrical Journeymen)

Graduate of Piedmont High School Class of 1982, Canadian Valley Vo-Tech HVAC class of 1982.  Mr. Boevers became an Oklahoma Electrical Journeyman 1990, and is current with the National Electrical Code Updates. Current Vice President/Senior Estimator for Allstate Electrical Contractors of Oklahoma City. Current Owner of Plainsmen Properties of Oklahoma City.
