Clean Air in Restaurants Smoking Room Rebate Program 

The State of Oklahoma has authorized the State Department of Health to provide rebates to restaurant owners for part of certain expenditures to comply with specified smoking room requirements providing those smoking rooms are converted to nonsmoking space by January 1, 2013. The application process begins September 1, 2011, with applications available at the link below or by calling 405-271-3619 or emailing the Department via the contact link provided at the top of this page.
