The Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence, in this Title called the Board, was recreated pursuant to Title 47, Section 759 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and is the successor agency to the Board of Chemical Tests for Alcohol Influence.

Mission Statement for the Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence

The Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence promotes a safe driving environment through:
- Proper training of officers in the use of breath testing equipment
- Preforming certification, calibration and maintenance on breath testing equipment to factory and Board standards
- Maintaining records associated with breath testing to include:
- rules of the Board
- policies and procedures of the Board
- minutes of their meeting
