Renew a Valid Breath-Alcohol Operators Permit

The Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence (BOT) is pleased to offer this online service that will enable you to renew your valid breath-alcohol operators permit.

You must renew your permit on or before December 31, 2012. Failure to renew your permit on or before December 31, 2012 will cause the permit to be invalid and you must attend a full Intoxilyzer class and obtain a new permit before you can administer a valid test.

To renew your permit you MUST be a qualified employee of a recognized Oklahoma law enforcement agency, whose duties include performance or training of Breath-Alcohol Analysis Testing.
 

Four steps to renew your breath-alcohol operators permit (print this page for your reference): LOGIN: Click the 'Continue' button located at the bottom of this page. Select 'Yes' and 'Continue' on the next screen to access the system. When you 'Submit' your permit number and PIN the 'Main Menu' will appear. MAIN MENU: Access the 'Update User Info' page and provide the required information. Click 'Renew Permit' and successfully complete the mandatory test. MAKE PAYMENT: Select a preferred method of payment and click continue. If you select 'Credit Card', enter all required fields and hit continue. The system will process the information and produce a receipt that you can print for your record. If you select the 'Purchase Order' option, click continue and the system will produce a receipt that you can print for your record. PRINT PERMIT: Congratulations! You have completed the renewal process. Click 'Continue' to 'Print Permit'. Please ensure you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer so you will be able to print your permit.
