Administrative Rules

The Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug influence Administrative Rules are Title 40 "Board of Tests for alcohol and Drug influence" of the Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC).  You can view the complete OAC by visiting the Oklahoma Secretary Of State Online Administrative Code.  You need to click Title 40.  An unofficial copy is offered below.
