Long-Range Capital Planning Commission
The Long-Range Capital Planning Commission (the ("Commission") was originally created by Title 62. Section 900, with the State Bond Advisor's Office providing staff support. In the 2013 Oklahoma Legislative Session, significant changes were made to composition of the Commission and the scope of its responsibilities. Primary staff support is now provided by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, with secondary support by the State Bond Advisor's Office. The new Commission will consist of nine members, with Governor, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate each having three appointments.
