NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROMULGATE RULES, RULE IMPACT STATEMENT AND PROPOSED CHANGES TO RULES FOR CHAPTERS 2 AND 11 OF TITLE 5 CAN BE SEEN UNDER "NOTIFICATIONS" ON THE LEFT HAND TABS.
The OAB has now amended their rules for the year 2011. The Permanent Rules which were adopted at the March 10, 2011 Board meeting are posted below and went into effect on July 1, 2011.

POLICY TO ESTABLISH FINES FOR LATE FILINGS
Pursuant to the authority given by Title One, Section 25(8), of the Oklahoma Statutes as well as the Permanent Rules of the OAB, the following policy was adopted on March 11, 2010 and went into effect on September 1, 2010, with the amendment on individual licenses going into effect January 8, 2011.
