It's Easy As 1-2-3!!!
OK.gov wants to meet you wherever you are with the development of your Web presence. Whether you are starting from scratch or you need to re-engineer or enhance an existing eGovernment service with additions such as an online store, for example; or you wish to develop eGovernment applications to save you valuable time, reduce your postage, and bring convenience and ease to your customers, we can help. Simply follow these three easy steps to bring a Web presence to your agency.
Step 1: Gather Your Team!
OK.gov recommends a team approach to Web site development. Through a planning team a number of perspectives can be gathered to help discover information and applications that will bring value to the agency's web presence. We recommend the following talents for your planning team. The number of people on the team is, of course, at your discretion:
- Project leader
- Policy maker/director
- Technical/systems administration
- Public relations/government relations
- Administrative/customer service
- Team planning/consensus building
