The OK.gov team is committed to getting Oklahomans online! That's why our staff can lead training sessions for Oklahoma citizens, businesses and government employees to increase awareness and usage of the State's online services. In recent years, the OK.gov staff has worked with agencies to train their employees on everything from the Content Management System to specific applications built for agencies. Our staff has worked with the Ethics Commission to hold training sessions that help users feel more comfortable working on the new Campaign Reporting System via the Internet. As always, the OK.gov team sees our government clients through the entire process - from curriculum design, to site selection, to promotion and implementation.
Once a state agency has identified a training need, the OK.gov marketing and customer service teams meet with state agency representatives to better define the goals of the training session. Our staff can help develop curricula, training manuals and visual presentations for the training sessions. They can also assist state agency staff with training site selection, promotional efforts for the training session, registration, execution and evaluation.
