Dr. Keiter is a mediator and Associate Director of the Mediation Institute in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He earned his doctorate in ministry from Oral Roberts University and has a master of divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to moving to the Oklahoma City area in 2010, his background for over the last 27 years has been in pastoral ministry where he has had the opportunity to help people move through conflict and find solutions that work.
Ms. Knudson is an attorney in private practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Kent State University. Ms. Knudson is a former adjunct professor with Tulsa Community College. She received TARC’s Professional Advocate of the Year for 2006 for her work with adults with developmental disabilities.
Ms. Kroblin is an attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa. Ms. Kroblin has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Saint Mary’s Notre Dame. She has over 25 years of mediation experience and currently mediates domestic and agricultural cases.
Mr. Rineer is an attorney-mediator in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He earned his juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa. He has served as a Special District Judge for the 14th Judicial District, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Rineer is currently an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma and a member of the Adjunct Faculty at the University of Tulsa, College of Law, teaching mediation.
