The field of assistive technology (AT) provides tools to break down barriers in the workplace. AT can increase independence, participation, and productivity for people with disabilities. The following fact sheets are presented by the AT Coalition (ATC), whose mission is to provide information for people with disabilities relating to the use of AT. Their website, www.atcoalition.com, is a great resource for those who wish to find more articles that reference the use of AT to create a pathway to employment success.
