OK ABLE Tech
Linda Jaco is the Interim Director of Sponsored Programs at the OSU Seretean Wellness Center Program and Director at OK ABLE Tech. Joe Fleckinger is the Director of Information Technology Services in the Office of State Finance (OSF). In Oklahoma, the OSF Director is considered the State CIO. HB 2197 names the Office of State Finance and the Department of Central Services as the two agencies to implement the law and assure compliance to accessibility standards. Kim Bishop is the House Staff attorney who researched and drafted HB 1342 and HB 2197. Kim worked with Linda Jaco and Brenda Dawes on the background information and in developing the legislation.
