The Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System has subcontracted with ING to administer the 403b annuity plan and to offer new services and features, including a wide range of investment options.  All annuity accounts were transitioned to ING on September 2, 2009.

 You may access your account via the internet at www.OTRS403b.com 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  You will need to register to use your new online account by logging on and selecting Account Access from the options displayed to the left of the screen.  Your default Personal Identification Number (PIN) is the MMYY of your date of birth.  

 If you prefer to speak to someone, you may call the ING national customer service center Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Central Time.  To schedule an appointment with a local ING representative regarding your account, please call ING’s dedicated OTRS support line at 866.795.4746.

 ING will be your first contact for account inquiries, withdrawal or rollover forms, beneficiary changes, etc.  If you are not satisfied with your results, you will then call the Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System.  We will work with you and ING to resolve any issues.
