American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)

In February 2009, President Barack Obama and the U.S. Congress approved the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) to help kick-start the nation’s economy. The landmark measure includes targeted tax relief and significant investments in such vital areas as education, transportation, healthcare, science and technology and energy-efficiency.

On this page, the Office of State Finance (OSF) will provide information about its activities related to the ARRA and guidance for State of Oklahoma agencies, as well as links to resources.
