PeopleSoft's Customer Relationship Management System
(CRM)
Our Customer Service and Help Desk teams both track each customer contact through PeopleSoft's CRM System. This allows us to respond to our customer's needs quickly and efficiently. Each issue is recorded with a unique "Case Number" allowing us to work directly with each customer and each support staff to achieve the best of all possible solutions.
For complex problems, CRM is able to automatically update the customer as progress is made and as new information comes to light. Once satisfactorily resolved, solutions are then stored, allowing us to expedite solutions to similar problem in the future.
