The Office of State Finance provides forms and other documents using Microsoft Office products or the Adobe PDF format. In order to save the documents, OSF suggests that you use the "Save Target As..." or "Save File to Disk" feature to save the document to your computer. After saving the file, then pen the document in the appropriate software.

Since OSF cannot predict how all forms or other documents will appear or print on all computers, we particularly suggest that you test print forms before filling any of them out online. With regard to accessibility compliance, OSF is working to make its form compliant with the Oklahoma Electronic and Information technology Standards. Reader/Viewer Downloads

• Adobe Acrobat Reader - In some cases, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view information on the OSF Web site. Download and install the latest reader (Link opens in a new window) from Adobe.
• Microsoft Word Viewer - In some cases, you will need to have Microsoft Office components installed on your computer in order to view information on the OSF Web site.
