The Chief Information Officer, a cabinet level secretary, manages the Information Services Division (ISD) of the Office of State Finance (OSF). The CIO has jurisdictional responsibility related to information and telecommunications systems of all State of Oklahoma agencies as provided under the Oklahoma Information Services Act.

Another key responsibility includes approving state agencies’ procurement of information technology and telecommunication hardware, software, maintenance and consulting services.
