Service Description
Oklahoma Interactive, LLC (OI) can provide a web stats package for all websites created within Go Gov! and some web applications. At the request of an agency, OI can offer a comprehensive statistics package that allows agency staff to track trends in their website traffic. OI generates web statistics, which parses the server logs and generates statistical analysis reports for use by agencies.

Web analytics software is not just a tool for measuring website traffic but can be used as a tool for business research and market research. Web analytics applications can also help state agencies measure the results of marketing campaigns. OI’s web stats helps to estimate how the traffic to the website changed from time period to time period. Web analytics provides data on the number of visitors, page views, etc. to gauge traffic and popularity trends.

Agencies working with OI must request the web stats package and allow 3-5 business days to have this request completed.

Service Hours: 24x7, excluding planned outages, maintenance windows and unavoidable events
Maintenance Window: Maintenance windows are used only when needed for planned changes that have gone through the ITS Change Management Process. In addition to the Standard ITS Maintenance Windows, site-specific and service-specific changes may be coordinated with customers at non-standard times.
The current planned maintenance window is from 4 a.m.-noon Sunday.
