Service Description
The Open Books website is a designed to provide information to the constituents of Oklahoma as well as the general public. Open Books contains financial information about the State of Oklahoma and links to other websites with related information. The majority of information presented is obtained from the records of the Office of State Finance for the State and its agencies, boards, commissions, institutions, authorities and trusts. It provides a central reporting point for state information including:
- the state budget process,
- state demographics,
- tax credits
- state funding and expenditures,
- vendor payments,
- purchase card (pcard) purchases, and
- payroll expenditures.

- Use OSF resources to assist with design and development of interface
Customer Market
This service is available for all Oklahoma state agencies, offices, officers, bureaus, boards, commissions, counsels, units, divisions, bodies, authorities, or institutions of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of state government.
Customer Responsibilities
- Identify data to be reported
- Work with OSF to define reporting requirements (i.e. data to be reported, display, update frequency, etc.)
- Provide data in prescribed format
- Provide updates as needed
