Service Description
Time and Labor Employee/Manager Self Service is a secured integrated web-based environment providing a system for employees to enter/update hours worked and/or hours on leave associating the hours with time reporting codes and project data while giving employees view access to current balances in the leave and compensatory plans. This web-based application provides a mechanism for agencies to increase data integrity and decrease administrative efforts. Time and Labor Self Service is part of the PeopleSoft ERP Solutions database integrating with Time and Labor. Manager Self Service gives managers a 2-tier mechanism for approving time online prior to it being accessed for processing.

Customer Market
This service is available for all Oklahoma state agencies, offices, officers, bureaus, boards, commissions, counsels, units, divisions, bodies, authorities, or institutions of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of state government. It is also available to counties, municipalities, townships, Tribal governments, and other political subdivisions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Work with CORE team to configure foundation tables meeting agency and state requirements
- Engage in module testing including unit, integration and user acceptance testing
- Update and maintain 'Reports To' data on PINs
- Keep staff trained and informed of additional enhancements
- Document agency business processes related to administration and support of personnel transactions
How Do We Charge?
There is no additional charge for the actual use of this PeopleSoft module. Agencies requesting new functionality may be asked to share in the cost.

Service Hours: 24 x 7, excluding planned outages, maintenance windows and unavoidable events
Maintenance Window: Maintenance windows are used only when needed for planned changes that have gone through the ITS Change Management Process. In addition to the Standard ITS Maintenance Windows, site-specific and service-specific changes may be coordinated with customers at non-standard times.
The current planned maintenance window is from 4 a.m.-noon Sunday.
