Service Description
Time and Labor is an integrated system providing structure for State agencies giving the ability to interface time from time collection applications, associate earnings with projects, maintain and track multiple compensatory time plan transactions and balances at the employee level, edit data associated with Time Reporting Codes (TRC) against TRC Programs and balances in compensatory time plans, sets security limiting end user access, and process payable time. Time and Labor gives the flexibility to create rules for processing time allowing additional editing of data based on number of hours in a day, work schedule employee is attached to, roll excess hours worked into overtime payouts or compensatory time earned hours, etc. Time and Labor is part of the ERP Solutions database integrating with other modules including, but not limited to, Payroll (PY), Human Resources (HR), Financials (FS), Business Intelligence (BI), and Projects.
