Service Description
PeopleSoft Payroll for North America is a fully integrated solutions application giving State agencies the flexibility to run multiple types of payrolls within a given period (i.e. bi-weekly lag and monthly anticipatory). Payroll processes edits employee data against employee related tables in Human Resources, Time and Labor, and Commitment Accounting, creating accurate calculations of employee earnings, deductions and taxes. Payroll for North America is part of the PeopleSoft ERP Solutions database integrating with other modules including, but not limited to, Human Resources (HR), Time and Labor (T&L), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Business Intelligence (BI), and third-party systems. Through Payroll for North America state users have access to on-line real-time information, allowing upper management to make informed decisions regarding items such as manpower planning and utilization costs, the processing of federal and state tax payments and electronic fund transfers pertaining to employee direct deposit transfers, etc.

Customer Market
This service is available for all Oklahoma state agencies, offices, officers, bureaus, boards, commissions, counsels, units, divisions, bodies, authorities, or institutions of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of state government. It is also available to counties, municipalities, townships, Tribal governments, and other political subdivisions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Keep employee payroll data up-to-date
- Attend required training to receive an ID to access the system
- Run the audit reports provided to identify and correct errors before they become problems
- Work with CORE team to configure foundation tables meeting agency and state payroll requirements
- Engage in module testing including unit, integration and user acceptance testing
- Document agency business processes related to administration and support of payroll data and processes
How Do We Charge?
There is no additional charge for the actual use of the PeopleSoft Payroll module.

Service Hours: 24 x 7, excluding planned outages, maintenance windows and unavoidable events
Maintenance Window: Maintenance windows are used only when needed for planned changes that have gone through the ITS Change Management Process. In addition to the Standard ITS Maintenance Windows, site-specific and service-specific changes may be coordinated with customers at non-standard times.
The current planned maintenance window is from 4 a.m.-noon Sunday.
