Service Description
Human Resources is a fully integrated Human Resources Management solution that provides State agencies with the ability to track Personnel Employment (employees paid through the payroll system and included on FTE, EE0-4 reports, etc.) and Persons of Interests (non-employees, contractors, paid or not paid). Human Resources is part of the ERP Solutions database integrating with other modules including, but not limited to, Payroll (PY), Time and Labor (T&L), Financials (FS), Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Cabling Management System (COMIT). Through Humans Resources, state users have access to online real-time information, allowing upper management to make informed decisions regarding items such as performance, manpower planning and utilization, etc.

Customer Market
This service is available for all Oklahoma state agencies, offices, officers, bureaus, boards, commissions, counsels, units, divisions, bodies, authorities, or institutions of the executive, legislative, or judicial branches of state government. It is also available to counties, municipalities, townships, Tribal governments, and other political subdivisions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Work with CORE team to configure foundation tables meeting agency and state requirements
- Attend required training to receive an ID to access the system
- Keep transactional information up-to-date as PeopleSoft is the official system of record
- Run the audit reports provided to identify and correct errors before they become problems
- Engage in module testing including unit, integration and user acceptance testing
- Document agency business processes related to administration and support of personnel transactions
How Do We Charge?
There is no additional charge for the actual use of the PeopleSoft HR module. Agencies requesting new functionality may be asked to share in the cost.

Service Hours: 24 x 7, excluding planned outages, maintenance windows and unavoidable events
Maintenance Window: Maintenance windows are used only when needed for planned changes that have gone through the ITS Change Management Process. In addition to the Standard ITS Maintenance Windows, site-specific and service-specific changes may be coordinated with customers at non-standard times.
The current planned maintenance window is from 4 a.m.-noon Sunday.
