Program Development

The Office of State Finance provides a Program Development (PD) staff of Information Systems Application Specialists and Data Management Specialists who analyze, develop and maintain applications. The Program Development staff also serves as a service bureau for other state agencies that require or request applications development services. Systems have been developed and maintained for several state agencies, e.g., licensing and payment systems for Real Estate Commission, Department of Securities and ABLE Tech; and support for two pension systems.
