Operations and Production Services

The Operations and Production Services unit of the OSF Information Services Division provides customer support for the set up and validation of all batch production and file transfer jobs. This includes support for all daily operations (network, mainframe and CORE systems); all statewide output print services; management of all data storage mediums; front-line support of problem determination for the Help Desk and Enterprise Systems units; and serves as a Disaster Backup site for various other state agencies.
