Document Imaging

The OSF imaging team is working to bring you the latest technology and cost-saving measures available in document imaging. Working with our partners, we provide an end-to-end solution for document imaging, storage, retrieval, and management.

During our initial roll-out, our primary focus is to provide each agency the ability to image, submit on line, and store all voucher related images. Through custom programming we are able to use bar codes to marry each image with a voucher in the PeopleSoft Accounts Payable system. Excluding the cost of equipment - the transmittal, storage, and retrieval of voucher related images is provided at no cost to the agency.

We are also working with several agencies on other document imaging projects. We provide not only technical assistance and counsel, but we leverage our investment in a scalable document image repository providing nearly unlimited storage capacity for a nominal annual fee per gigabyte stored. OSF has also invested in licensing to make these images available through the web for the agency.

Depending on the agency's budget and particular needs for speed, different equipment configurations are available at pricing that varies with speed and available features. We'll be happy to arrange a meeting with our vendors to meet with you to discuss your particular needs and desires.
