Enterprise Systems Support

The Enterprise Systems Support unit of the OSF Information Services Division provides system software and system administration support for mainframe and specialized server platforms for the Oklahoma Integrated Central Financial System (CORE). This includes consulting with hardware and software vendors, capacity planning, installing and maintaining and administering system software, supporting hardware upgrades, applying software upgrades, performance monitoring, making tuning adjustments to the system and assisting the end-user as necessary. The systems section provides functional and operational database management and administration for IMS and DB2 databases including backup, recovery, reorganization and generation.
