The mission of the Office of State Finance (OSF) Information Services Division (ISD) is to provide Oklahoma state agencies with quality, cost effective, secure information technology and telecommunications products and services. ISD is utilizing a shared services model to provide technology services to the state.
ISD currently offers Technical Services (.pdf, 1 pp, 56 KB) and Business Applications (.pdf, 1 pp, 59 KB). Information technology services that are core and unique to an agencies mission reside in the agency. A description of services that are offered by ISD can be found in the Service Catalog. The Agency Services Dashboard provides information about the specific services provided by the OSF ISD.
ISD uses standard processes to implement and support information technology services. The standard support processes follow the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework, and the standard implementation processes follow the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
ISD has identified key metrics and service level targets to insure quality service to their customers. Service level dashboards have been created so that agencies and ISD can monitor the service level achievement for information technology shared services. The purpose of this dashboard is to facilitate a common understanding of the quality of support, and serve as the foundation for continuous improvement in the shared services environment.
