- CORRECTION TO THE JULY 2009 NEWSLETTER
The following ID's are allowed in Oklahoma for PSE: State Issued Driver's License; State Issued ID Card; Military ID; Passport. Any questions concerning PSE requirements should be directed to the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics at 405-521-2885.
- CORRECTION TO THE APRIL 2008 NEWSLETTER
Case 853, Medical Park Center Pharmacy, #9-2507 and Gary Walter Bell, DPh #11230 were incorrectly reported as being revoked. Both respondents were issued a Letter of Reprimand for 1 year.
