Registrants should allow a minimum of THREE (3) WEEKS from date of receipt for an application to be processed. Please do not call the Board office before the 3 week period is completed. Updates are posted nightly after 7 pm.

NEW! Effective July 11, 2010, there is a $10 fee for a certified verification of license. Website verification remains free.

All Registrants are given a 30 day grace period to renew their registration. Therefore, if a registration has not been renewed by its expiration date, it WILL remain valid for an additional 30 days before being canceled.

NOTICE TO WHOLESALERS!
Licenses that are "IN PROCESS" have not received final approval by the Board. These registrants may not purchase prescription drugs pending Board inspection and issuance of an official Board license.
