Technician permits not renewed are canceled 30 days after expiration.

IMPORTANT! ON-LINE RENEWAL is available from the Home Page. Permits renewed online are immediate and the new permit is printed by the technician.
Technicians who choose to mail a PAPER renewal should allow a MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS from date of receipt for their permit to be processed & mailed by the Board.

Technician Permit REINSTATEMENT Application
- Canceled technicians cannot apply for a new permit. Once a permit has been issued and then canceled (for whatever reason), you must reinstate that permit upon returning to work as a technician.
- A technician permit reinstatement cannot be completed using online renewal. A paper reinstatement application must be completed and submitted to the Board.
- Unless you are currently employed in a licensed Oklahoma pharmacy and under the immediate and direct supervision of a licensed Oklahoma pharmacist, the Board will not reinstate your technician permit.
- Permit will expire annually on the last day of birth month.
