Q: I have a tax hold on my license. What does that mean?
A: The Oklahoma Tax Commission places a "tax hold" on pharmacists who are not in compliance with state income tax laws. The Board cannot process any application that has a hold. Call 405-522-6800 to get your hold released.

Q: I'm a new graduate who has recently taken the NAPLEX and Jurisprudence exam. When can I begin working as a pharmacist?
A: You cannot practice pharmacy in Oklahoma until you have received an official letter of registration from the Board. You should receive your scores and registration letter within 15 WORKING DAYS from the date of your last exam. Website verification is not an official certificate of registration.
