IMPORTANT! - Registrants should allow a MINIMUM OF 15 WORKING DAYS from date of receipt for your license/permit application to be processed. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE BOARD OFFICE BEFORE THE 15 DAY PERIOD IS COMPLETED.

Q: When will I receive a renewal for my license/permit?
A: Renewal applications are mailed approximately 60 days in advance of the date of expiration. If you have not received your renewal, you may download a renewal application from the approprate page listed on the left.
