Persons wanting to appear before the Board or submit an item for Board review or discussion must submit a written request at least 10 days before a scheduled Board meeting (see Board Hearing Dates). Agendas will be posted at least 24 hours in advance.

Minutes of Board proceedings are reviewed at the next scheduled Board meeting and posted under Minutes upon approval.
