EDUCATION, EXAMINATION AND LICENSING- (405) 521-3387
Patricia Wheeler, Education & Licensing Program Director is responsible for following areas:

  • Examinations of Provisional Sales Associates, Sales Associates and Brokers
  • Approval of pre and post-license schools, instructors and courses
  • Approval of continuing education schools, instructors and courses
  • Recording of continuing education courses
  • Delivery of continuing education courses to licensees
  • Lists of approved educational entities and courses
  • Reviewing point waiver applications, nonresident applications for provisional sales associates, sales associates and brokers

Diane Foote, Supervisor is responsible for the accuracy and completion of the following areas:

  • Answering general licensing questions
  • Issuing the following types of licenses for resident and nonresident applicants:

    • Associations (Limited Liability Companies)
    • Corporations
    • Branch Offices
    • Partnerships
    • Brokers
    • Broker Associate
    • Provisional Sales Associates
    • Sales Associates

o Performing various actions and changes to license records such as:

    • Associate Transfers
    • Inactive Status
    • Associate change of information
    • License Certification
    • Broker change of information
    • License Inquiry
    • Cessation of License Activities
    • Record or Delete Trade Name and Trust Account
    • Firm change of information
    • Reinstatement of License
